What started off as a single broker-owned agency based in a home office, has expanded with new partnerships based in Winchester, Weston, and Brookline and serving the greater Boston area. Minuteman Realty Group put ethics and hardwork above all else. The company's goal is to offer quality service and commitment to each individual client's needs and aspirations. Brendan Lee

Since the first generation of Brendan's family arrived in Boston, Real Estate has been an important part of his family’s integration into the United States. Starting with the 'rent to purchase' of a laundromat in Brookline, where his grandparents operated their first business. Over 90 years later, Brendan continues the tradition with his family's Real Estate business.

As a licensed Real Estate Broker and Property Manager, Brendan focuses on buyers and sellers of investment property. Brendan has the knowledge and over 15 years of hands on experience in the industry to help you analyze investment opportunities, refer you to professionals from contractors to lenders, and ultimately, help you realize your Real Estate investments goals.

Brendan is the founder and Principal Broker at Minuteman Realty Group, as well as a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and National Association of Realtors. Brendan graduated from Boston University's Questrom School of Management with a concentration in Operations & Technology Management and Entrepreneurship. He has made it his mission to serve his clients, and all their referrals, with the highest standard of service.

Fred Hoang

Fred is a life-long Bostonian who was born in Jamaica Plain. He graduated from Boston University and has since lived in many different neighborhoods around the City. His favorite thing to do is exploring Boston and seeing what hidden treasures the City has to offer. His hobbies include being outdoors and learning new and fun skills - like axe throwing!

Fred worked in a corporate environment for a number of years after college. He is now pursuing his passion of being an entrepreneur and currently co-owns Minuteman Realty Group with his associate, Brendan. He has accumulated over a decade of Real Estate experience starting with property management. His thorough understanding of the industry and his enthusiasm for helping others has naturally led him into sales and rentals. Fred enjoys sharing his local knowledge and applying his expertise where it is most

Geoffrey Lee

After 15+ years working for large Real Estate Investment and Development companies, Geoff joined MRG in 2019 and became a partner in 2021. With a diverse background in Real Estate, he aspires to help his clients navigate all things Real Estate, from selling or buying a home, rentals, or real estate as an investment.

Aside from his brokerage responsibilities at Minuteman Realty Group, Geoff oversees a portfolio of real estate investments, where he is tasked with identifying new acquisitions opportunities, fund sourcing, closing transactions, and overall management oversight. He’s happy to share his experiences and knowledge with his clients!

Geoff is a graduate of the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, watching and playing sports, listening to music, and spending time with family.
